Yenepoya Naturopathy College Mangalore was established in 2020 with permission from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Karnataka. Being the first Naturopathy and Yoga Medical institution affiliated with a Southern Indian State (Deemed-to-be University), Yenepoya Naturopathy and Yogic Science College and Hospital takes pride in integrating conventional medical facilities.  

The college offers a 5 ½ years BNYS Course, while the Teaching Hospital ensures clinical education and intensive training. YNYSCH is a unit of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).

It is recognized by the Central Council of Research in Yoga and Naturopathy under the Ministry of AYUSH, as well as the National Institute of Naturopathy, Government of India. The college admitted 34 students out of the allotted 60 seats for the BNYS Course starting in 2020. 

To meet the healthcare needs of students and the wider community, the college has an in-campus hospital, Yenepoya Naturopathy, and Yoga Hospital.
