Out of this, I had visited almost all the naturopathy colleges and I used to review them here.


BNYS Colleges in India

Out of all the naturopathy colleges I had visited, I would recommend you a college in Karnataka. I was really impressed by the college with its facilities, faculties and also the fee structure.

The name of the college is G Madegowda Naturopathy College, which is located around 1.5 hours from Bangalore City. There are many reasons I loved the college and if you want to know more details about it then you can contact me on +919535726644.

So, now let me give you the list of naturopathy colleges in India.

There are only two naturopathy colleges in Andhra Pradesh, out of which one is a government naturopathy college. The colleges are:

  • Sri Pathanjali Maharshi Naturopathy & Yoga Medical College.
  • Care Yoga Naturopathy College, Guntur.

There are three naturopathy colleges in Arunachal Pradesh and they are:

  • Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, Ziro.
  • North East Frontier Technical University, West Siang.
  • Himalayan University, Itanagar.

In the state of Assam, there are no naturopathy colleges. 87% of students from Assam, who opt for BNYS, choose private BNYS colleges in Karnataka.

In Bihar also, there are no BNYS colleges. Most of the students from Bihar choose BNYS colleges in Karnataka.

There are 2 naturopathy colleges in the state of Chattisgarh. The colleges are:

  • Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and the Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur.
  • Mahavir College of Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences, Nagpura, Durg.

There are no BNYS colleges in Goa. Students from Goa prefer to opt for colleges in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

There is only one BNYS college in Gujrat and that is Morarji Desai Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic, Sciences, Karelibaug, Vadodara.

There are only 2 naturopathy colleges in Haryana and they are:

  • Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak.
  • SGT University, Gurugram.

The one and only BNYS college in Himachal Pradesh is:

  • K.P.S. Asharam Yoga College, Kangra.

The one and only BNYS college in Jharkhand is:

  • School Of Yoga & Naturopathy At YBN University, Ranchi.

There are no BNYS colleges in Jammu and Kashmir.

There are no BNYS colleges in Kerala. But for the students from Kerala, I had written a detailed article about BNYS colleges in Kerala.

There is only 1 naturopathy college in MP and that is a private naturopathy college.

  • Sant Hirdaram Medical College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (SHMCNYS), Bhopal.

There isn’t any naturopathy college in Maharastra and students prefer BNYS colleges in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and MP.

No naturopathy college is started in Manipur.

There are no BNYS colleges in Meghalaya.

There are no BNYS colleges in Mizoram.

There are no BNYS colleges in Nagaland.

There are no BNYS colleges in Odisha.

There are only 10 naturopathy colleges in Rajasthan. The colleges are:

  • Shyam University, Dausa.
  • SunRise University, Alwar.
  • Sangam University, Rajasthan.
  • Swasthya Kalyan Institute of Naturopathy and Yogi Science, Jaipur.
  • Jagannath University, Jaipur.
  • Vivekananda Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College.
  • Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University.
  • Singhania University.
  • Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur.
  • Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur.

There are no BNYS colleges in Sikkim.

There are 5 BNYS colleges in UP, out of which 1 is a government naturopathy college.

  • IIMT University, Meerut.
  • Shobit University.
  • Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Meerut.
  • Sanskriti University.
  • Banaras Hindu University.

There is only one naturopathy college in Uttarakhand.

  • Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, Dehradun.

There is not even one naturopathy college in West Bengal.


Eligibility Criteria for Admission

For taking admission to any naturopathy college in India for BNYS, the candidate must:

  • Qualify 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks with PCB.
  • The candidate must be passed from a recognized board.
  • The candidate must be at least 17 years of age.

Documents Required

The following documents are required for joining any BNYS college in India:

  1. 10th and 12th marks card.
  2. 10th and 12th pass certificates.
  3. TC.
  4. Migration certificate.
  5. Aadhar Card.
  6. Passport-size photos.

Admission Procedure

The admission procedure for BNYS in India is easy. You have to do the following steps:

  1. Apply for the course.
  2. Submit a copy of the documents for the institution to verify.
  3. After verification you can pay a part of the fees and your admission will be confirmed.

BNYS College Fee Structure

The fees for each college differ, but still, I can give you a range of fee structures.

  • Government Colleges: The fees range from Rs.15,000 to Rs.80,000 depending on each state.
  • Private colleges: The fees for BNYS in private colleges range from Rs.80,000 to Rs.2.25 lakhs per annum.

These are just the tuition fees and if you are opting for a hostel, then you have to pay hostel and food extra.

If you are looking for the best naturopathy college with an attached Naturopathy and General Hospital, then there is a college I recommend.

The total package for the course will cost you around Rs.10 lakhs including hostel, food, tuition fees, and all extra fees – for the whole course.
