Courses Offered

Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurvedic Studies and Research offers the following UG course – The Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course. The duration of the course is of 5 years and six months, including a compulsory one-year rotatory internship. The course has an annual intake of 60 seats, out of which 85% of admissions are based on merit, while 15% are under the management NRI quota. 

The institute also offers postgraduate courses – the MD (Kayachikithsa) / MS (Salyatantra) (Ayurveda) program. The course spans for over 3 years. The sanctioned annual intake is 5 seats in each specialisation. 

In addition to this, the college operates as a facilitation center for one-year diploma paramedical courses approved by the Directorate of Ayurveda Medical Education (DAME), Kerala. These courses are Panchakarma Masseur and Ayurveda nursing. 50% of the total seats are filled through DAME allotment, with the remaining seats under the management quota.
